How long will it take to receive my order?
It’s on the way, we promise! We ship orders Monday to Friday during business hours, and we don’t operate on public holidays. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes delays happen, Read our Shipping Policy—thanks for your patience!
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 15 - 45 business days for domestic orders. However, please allow up to 45 business days for delivery due to possible shipping delays (weather issues, high demand, COVID or any major issues. - we’ve seen it all).
What payment options do you accept?
We accept Shoppay, Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal! Your payment details are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store any customer credit card details.
Why did I receive two separate packages?
Since we source our products from different suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages if it includes items from multiple brands. So if you receive one parcel first, don’t worry—the rest is on its way!
What if the item I want is sold out?
Some of our most popular products sell out fast! If you see something you love, grab it before it’s gone. If you missed out, reach out to us and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back in stock. You can also sign up for restock notifications, so you’ll be the first to know when it’s available again!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can’t make changes, swap sizes, or cancel it. This includes pre-orders and backorders. Since we work with multiple warehouses, our system processes orders immediately to get them to you as fast as possible.
What is your return policy?
There are just two simple rules:
- Your return must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Read our Return policy.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (sorry, no returns on sale items).
If your return meets these conditions, we’ll issue a store credit in the form of a gift card.
What if I want a Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15–45 business days.
What if I received a faulty item?
Oh no! We take quality seriously, and we want you to love your purchase. If you received a faulty item, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we’ll sort it out ASAP. We’ll do everything we can to make things right!
